This article explores ways to assess resilience and it’s subsequent components using both technical and non-technical controls to ensure the smooth operation of critical business systems without interruption prior to, during, and after an event, whilst investigating the methods of testing resilience. Here, “event” refers to any kind of disturbance to an organisation and it’s business functions, regardless of how minor or critical.
